We do not advertise service outside the geographic areas where we are licensed, insured, and able to reasonably serve.
We are committed to clear, complete, and honest pricing.
Estimates are based on the information you provide and/or a site visit. We will communicate any change and obtain your approval before performing additional work or charging additional amounts.
If a diagnostic charge, service call fee, or trip fee applies, we will disclose the amount before service.

Accepted payment methods will be disclosed before service. We offer multiple payment options and will never require cash.
A written receipt or invoice showing our company name and the services provided will be issued upon completion.
Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. Overdue balances are first addressed directly with you. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any account is referred to a collections agency.
Discounts, promotions, or incentives are never offered in exchange for positive reviews.
When we commit to a job, we show up as scheduled and perform the work we agreed to perform, with appropriately qualified personnel. If an unavoidable delay or conflict arises, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and reschedule. You may cancel or reschedule service in accordance with the cancellation terms disclosed at the time of booking.
Workmanship and product warranties vary by manufacturer and by the specific product or service provided. Written warranty terms will be included with your invoice or installation documentation. Except for the written warranties expressly provided, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all Services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We take responsibility for work performed by our personnel. If we cause accidental damage to your property during a service call, we will either promptly repair the damage or provide our insurance information so your claim can be addressed through the appropriate insurance process. Our personnel will use appropriate, non-defective materials suited to the job.
Your satisfaction matters. If you have a concern, a complaint, or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Service, please contact us first at (315) 388-5523 or info@upstatedoors.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue promptly and in good faith. We will respond to customer inquiries, follow up on quotes we have promised, and make reasonable efforts to reach an acceptable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies subject to Section 23 (Governing Law).
