Warranty Coverage

Upstate Doors warrants the labor, not parts, against defective workmanship for a period of 60 days. The warranty begins when the installation of your Upstate Doors package is completed by authorized Upstate Doors' technicians.

The conditions of the Upstate Doors warranty are only valid if:

1. No third-party contractor or the homeowner have attempted to repair, adjust or tampered with in any way, the Upstate Doors installation or product.
2. The Manufacturer's warranty supersedes the Upstate Door Warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty Exclusions include, but not limited to:

• Weather Seals.
• Programming Controllers (wireless entry, remotes, transmitters).
• Improper Door Maintenance
• Abuse
• Misuse or damage of Upstate Doors Products
• Weather related damage.
• Acts of God.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Upstate Doors directly within the 60-day warranty period using one of the following methods:

Upon receipt of a claim, an authorized Upstate Doors technician will assess the issue and perform corrective labor at no charge if the defect falls within the scope of this warranty and within the 60-day coverage period.
